The Thomas Buck was the third Schöma to be acquired, in 1991. When new it had works number 5220 but was renamed The Thomas Buck after a peat industry employee. Unlike the other two Schömas its 86 horsepower engine was never replaced, as the money ran out.

The Thomas Buck nameplate was subsequently moved onto Schöma 5130, when it was displayed at Hatfield Peat Works.
