Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our organisation. Volunteering helps you preserve the history and heritage of the moors and you will find it is rewarding.
We have regular work parties on Wednesday and Saturday each week starting at about 10 am.
We need people to help
- repair and maintain our rolling stock
- maintain our track and infrastructure
- carry out administrative tasks
- work in the cafe
- help on open days
- generally help the organisation

We use the Heritage Railway HOPs system and Whatsapp groups to keep our volunteers updated with what is going on.
